I would prefer that Connie Fournier have equal time and remuneration from SunTV to express an expert opinion regarding Mr. Kinsella's online demonizations of FreeDominion hosts and members as 'neo-nazi/white supremacist', alongside examination of the 'Anti-Racist Canada' blog site.Faramir wrote:Should we campaign with Sun News to get Warren removed as paid expert there?

Better get this started before the six weeks is up...Section 5(1) of the Ontario Libel and Slander Act [which] says a plaintiff must provide notice to a defendant, in writing, within six weeks after an alleged libel has come to his or her attention.

In February, I saw that Fern Hill had gotten mixed up with the white supremacists and neo-Nazis who hang out on Free Dominion. She called the founder of the crypto-fascist web site her “good friend,”

TORONTO - They launched with great fanfare, vowing to deliver a viewing experience no other Canadian broadcaster dared to put on the air.
Yet exactly a year after it went live, media observers and viewership figures suggest Sun News Network, which promised 'hard news and straight talk,' is lagging behind its competitors.
Data obtained by The Canadian Press from a source at another network and confirmed by independent ratings agency BBM Canada, shows Sun News trailing the pack when "all day" English audience figures — calculated between 2 a.m. and 2 a.m. — were compared for news networks between Aug. 31, 2011 and March 31, 2012.
CBC News Network drew 1.4 per cent of viewers, U.S. news network CNN took 0.9 per cent, CTV News Channel attracted 0.8 per cent and Sun News brought in 0.1 per cent.

In order to have Sun News you have to pay for it where as the CBC CTV and CNN for the most part come with your basic package. That's why none of these numbers surprise me

It is sort of strange. Are they saying about 98% of TV viewers don't watch any news?
