Now it is not enough just to name a Doe, you have to make out a prima facie case against the particular Doe. Having read the pleadings that is going to more than a little difficult for Lucy.

Canadians will come to know what this all means probably later than sooner - but we will hope for the latter 
So much courage it took for you, Connie and Mark, to doggedly pursue this issue to a wonderful step forward. Barbara K. and the intervenors have been huge. A sincere thank you to both you and to them. Thank you also to the judges who have taken all of this very seriously and have come back with their decision in such a short time.
