Why, after the election?

RE: Choice of date: Don't know other that guess that is just when Kelli is going to be here (she is from Toronto and is the Vice Chair of RAI-Canada and part of the overall governing board of RAI). But if it was before the elections I'd not be around. It will either be a celebration or a comiseration. Suffice to say there will be lots of talk of 2008! K
