*Yes, we need to have another fundraiser GOAL MET!!!!!

Another Fundraiser

Yes, we need to have another fundraiser, we know it is soon after the last one, and it sucks, but we have a few things hitting us at once.

July 21st is our hearing for our Motion to Dismiss in the Baglow hearing, and on the 22nd we have our Motion for Leave to Appeal in the John Doe case, and we just filed a huge book of evidence in the Warman copyright suit.

Hopefully, this will be the end of the Baglow SLAPP, and some major steps will be accomplished in the other two.

We have been, and continue to incur printing and filing fees, transportation costs to get Peter O'Donnell here, accommodations for us and our lawyer, and other costs. We could really use a boost from FDers if they can help in any way.

If we could raise $2000 for this endeavour, it would help greatly!

Also, PLEASE make plans to attend those hearings if you can! Meet Peter O'Donnell, and show the Court that we have the support of the public!

Where are these cases being heard, Ottawa or Toronto? If Toronto, I can offer Peter accommodations - very modest, but nice.

I wish you could meet Cole in person- probably because Emmy spoiled him so, he is a male slut around friendly women-- he just falls all over himself cozying up. He's "leaner," too- if he likes you he gets next to you and leans against you.
